ECOMB recently signed a new contract with a French customer and this order too is a follow up order from an earlier client. The customer in Pontmain ordered an Ecotube installation on their WTE unit in 2006. The second unit now under work is smaller (3 tons/waste per hour) and main focus is NOx reduction. Guaranteed NOx levels to be reached with the installation are below 200 mg/Nm3 from today’s 350-400 mg/Nm3. A urea injection system will be installed in combination with a combustion optimization program. Due to the units size and configuration no Ecotube will be required to reach guaranteed levels. The project will commence during the summer and the contract is valued to approximately 5 MSEK.
